Welcome Home Project
Looking for a Jewish community where you can bring your full, authentic self? At Sha’ar Zahav, you’re already family. The Welcome Home Project supports trans*, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people, as well as anyone exploring Judaism, with a safe, joyful, and affirming space to learn, connect, and grow.
We offer inclusive classes, compassionate pastoral care, and community gatherings that celebrate all identities. Whether you’re curious about Judaism, seeking a spiritual home, or ready to dive into Torah study, you’ll find a place here. Rabbi Reuben Zellman would love to hear from you—reach out, say hello, and let’s start a conversation.
